Mr. CITYUSER (for himself, Mr. DIAZEDMUNDO, and Mr. IIVORTEX_RBLX) submitted the following resolution:


JOINT RESOLUTION

To stop constitutional shenanigans.


Whereas An Amendment to Protect Our Governance prohibited the State from recognizing political parties;

Whereas A Constitutional Amendment to make provision and regulate the Congressional power of barring; to apply similar standards upon inferior government; and for connected purposes repealed an Act of Congress; and

Whereas it is therefore clear that at least twice constitutional amendments have been utilized to make enforceable provisions separate from amending the Constitution: Now, therefore, be it

         Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled, That pursuant to C.I.IV.IV, C.V.I, and 3 F.S.C. 86, no constitutional amendment shall be proposed in either chamber of Congress which within its text proposes provisions that carry the force of law except as necessary to amend the Constitution as prescribed in that amendment.
