An Amendment to Modify the Appliance of Traffic Laws on Property
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT:
Section I: The Firestone Traffic Revision Act shall be amended.
Section I-a: The “Firestone Traffic Revision Act” is defined as:
Section II: Chapter 10, Section 1, Sub-Section 4 currently states:
The Firestone Traffic Act shall have effect in the entirety of the State of Firestone. Traffic laws shall also apply on any unpaved roadway. Traffic laws shall not apply on private property, as long as there is a clear, physical boundary between the property in question and the public. Traffic laws shall, irrespective of this subsection, not apply for Stapleton County version 3 (commonly referred to as Stapleton County V3 [EARLY ACCESS!]) or its places.
Section III: Chapter 10, Section 1, Sub-Section 4 shall now state:
The Firestone Traffic Act shall have effect in the entirety of the State of Firestone. Traffic laws shall also apply on any unpaved roadway. Traffic laws shall not apply on private property, as long as there is a clear, specified boundary between the property in question and public property. The Boundaries shall be set forth by the Department of Commerce, and the Department of Commerce shall also have the authority to decide which businesses are eligible for such exemption. Traffic laws shall, irrespective of this subsection, not apply for Stapleton County version 3 (commonly referred to as Stapleton County V3 [EARLY ACCESS!]) or its places.

Section IV. This Legislation shall go into effect after following the Constitutional procedure required.
