An Amendment to Combat Organized Crime

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Chapter 4, Section 9, subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states, “(a1) The act of aiding and abetting shall be the act of being involved in the commission of a crime, and playing an active part in it’s commission, failing to report the occurrence of such offense to the relevant authorities, or failing to otherwise reasonably attempt to prevent the crime from occuring- when such crime occurring involves the subject, and the subject has ample opportunity to attempt to do so.”

SECTION 2: Chapter 4, Section 9, subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall now state, "(a1) The act of aiding and abetting shall be the act of being involved in the commission of a crime, and playing an active part in it’s commission, failing to report the occurrence of such offense to the relevant authorities, or failing to otherwise reasonably attempt to prevent the crime from occuring- when such crime occurring involves the subject, and the subject has ample opportunity to attempt to do so. Aiding and abetting shall also be the act of intentionally dressing in a very similar avatar to the criminal organization to aid in the act of committing a crime for the furtherment of the goals of organized crime.

SECTION 3: This bill shall be enforced by law enforcement as well as the courts.

SECTION 4: This bill shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedures requires.
