An Act to Establish Impersonation of a Business Employee ®
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Chapter 4, Section 15 shall be established in the Firestone Criminal Code and be named “§15 - Impersonation of a Business Employee”.
SECTION 2 Chapter 4, Section 15 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state the following:
“(a) Impersonation of a Business Employee shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(a1) The act of impersonation shall be the act of establishing oneself as something that the person is not, in a blatantly negligent or malicious manner.
(b) The act of committing Impersonation of a Business Employee shall be the act of impersonating an employee of any Firestone business licensed by the Department of Commerce.
(b1) Licensed Commerce businesses shall be defined as any business authorized by the Chairman of the Board or higher in the Department of Commerce.
(b2) Should the licensing system of businesses be abused, the Department of Commerce Secretary shall notify the public about the abused licensing system of businesses. Until a public notification is made by the Department of Commerce Secretary with the new or updated valid licensing system of businesses, this section shall not be enforced.”
SECTION 3: Chapter 4, Section 15 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be classed as a Class A Misdemeanor and shall result in a 350 second jail time in a correctional facility.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies.
SECTION 5: This shall go into effect immediately upon completion of the constitutional process required.
SECTION 6: Should any part of this legislation be declared unconstitutional or otherwise struck down, the rest shall remain in effect unless all is struck down or declared unconstitutional.
