Alright, so I noticed that our county is pretty dead. I mean that people usually stay at Redwood and, even when they leave Redwood, they do it temporarily because they have nothing to do in there. It can be easily fixed by adding more Car Dealerships, adding another spawn for citizens in Prominence and Arborfield, and more stuff where people can do something.
This would also give LEOs more places to patrol, as they mainly only patrol RW since all the civs go there and it has the highest crime rate.
