A Bill to redefine “Conspiracy to Commit a Crime”
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Conspiracy to Commit a Crime currently states: “The action of planning a crime beforehand with intent”
SECTION 2: Conspiracy to Commit a Crime shall now state: “The action of planning a crime beforehand with intent be it openly stating you are going to commit this crime with the item used for said crime, be it a “crowbar”, a “Drill”, an “illegal firearm”, etc.
SECTION 3: Conspiracy to commit a crime shall be defined as a misdemeanor
SECTION 3A: A person who commits said acts shall be charged with:
- One Hundred (100) to Five Hundred (500) seconds in jail
SECTION 4: This bill shall be enforced by any Law Enforcement Officer with the power and ability to conduct an arrest.
SECTION 5: “A Bill to re-define Conspiracy to Commit a crime” shall be declared null and void along with any other conflicting legislation.
SECTION 5A: “A Bill to re-define Conspiracy to commit a Crime” shall be defined as “A Bill to Re-define Conspiracy to Commit a crime”
SECTION 6: Upon passage from the State of Firestone Congress and being signed by the governor this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
