A Bill to Define and Make Disorderly Conduct Illegal

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Disorderly conduct shall be declared illegal in the State of Firestone.

SECTION 1A: Disorderly conduct shall be defined as: “Without legal justification, unruly behavior which disturbs, offends, intimidates, or creates a general disorder to others in public.”

SECTION 1B: This shall include, but not be limited to: Attempting or succeeding in glitching other’s vehicles, indecently exposing oneself in public, relieving oneself in public or about a public way, and threats to others.

SECTION 1C: Disorderly conduct shall be declared a misdemeanor for the first and second offenses, but shall become a felony on the third and subsequent offense.

SECTION 1D: Persons arrested OR cited for disorderly conduct shall receive a fine of no less than forty dollars, but shall not exceed one-hundred ten dollars OR shall face imprisonment of no less than 175 seconds, but shall not exceed 300 seconds unless it is of the third and subsequent offense, at which point 400 seconds shall be served.

SECTION 1E: As defined in Section 1D, it shall be at the discretion of the law enforcement officer to issue a citation or arrest the individual except in the case of a third and subsequent felony charge, which means a mandatory arrest.

SECTION 1F: If convicted of disorderly conduct in a Firestone court of law, sentencing shall exceed no more than 4 hours UNLESS the conviction is that of a felony, at which point no less than three hours shall be served, and no more than 10 hours shall be served.

SECTON 2: SECTION 2: The Firestone State Patrol, Staple ton County Sheriff’s Office, Firestone Department of Homeland Security, Firestone Courts, and Firestone Department of Justice shall enforce this legislation.

SECTION 2C: ‘Firestone Department of Homeland Security’ shall be recognized as: Firestone Department of Homeland Security - Roblox

SECTON 2D: ‘Firestone Department of Justice’ shall be recognized as: Firestone Department of Justice - Roblox

SECTION 2E: ‘Firestone Courts’ shall be recognized as: Firestone Courts - Roblox

SECTION 2F: ‘Staple ton County Fire Department’ shall be recongized as: Stapleton County Fire Department - Roblox

SECTION 3: This law shall not apply to members of the Firestone State Patrol, Staple ton County Sheriff’s Office, Firestone Department of Homeland Security, Firestone Department of Corrections, Firestone Courts, Firestone Department of Justice, or Staple ton County Fire Department in the performance of their official duties.

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this bill are hereby declared null and void upon passage.
