A Bill to Assist The County Government & County Departments

PREAMBLE

It has been shown there are difficulties with some of the definitions of the legislation that defines the County Government. As such, the County Executive wishes to have these amended in order to prevent the collapse of these governments; through the enemies of thereof.

Additionally, the County Executive wishes to incentivize qualified members of our community to join county departments, and incentivize activity + positive performance in such departments. This being by cutting his own pay, and distributing it among the county departments. This will assist with the county’s ever growing unemployment crisis.

The Stapleton County Government additionally notes that their legislation currently lacks enforcement. They wish to fix this via a possible county court in the future. Such a court would handle cases for their legislation. At the moment, it is difficult for cases relating to county offenses to be enforced, or brought to district court for recognition.

Such a court would additionally add many more jobs, lowering unemployment.

The Stapleton County Fire Department has expressed immense support for this legislation, as seen here with this poll: https://i.imgur.com/ZqipmI6.png

Even the Fire Chief offered to lower his own pay with the County Executive, however, our legislature only has control over the base pay: https://i.imgur.com/kWMYN0T.png
