A Bill to Amend the UCFA 2

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Introduction and Definitions

a) The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act shall be amended

b) The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act shall be defined as; The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act

c) “An Amendment to the UCFA” shall be defined as; An Amendment to the UCFA

SECTION 2: Amendments

a) Chapter II, Section Four of “The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act” shall be amended to state; Negligent Use of a Firearm shall be the act of using a legal firearm without malice. Any person perpetrating this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and condemned to no more than 120 seconds in jail, a fine of $250, or both. Should one be convicted in a court of law, their punishment shall be to the discretion of the sitting judge. Any person who uses a legal firearm without malice to engage in lawful practice defined in this act shall not be charged under this section.

b) Chapter II, Section Two of “The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act” shall be amended to state; Individuals who obtain a CFL accept the condition that upon law enforcement request, they must submit to a check for a CFL. Failing to Present Proof of License shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by no more than 150 seconds in jail, a fine of $300, or both. It shall also be grounds for revocation of the individuals CFL. Should one be convicted in a court of law, their punishment shall be to the discretion of the sitting judge.

SECTION 3: Nullifications

a) Chapter 4-B and Section 4 of “An Amendment to the UCFA” shall be nullified.

Section 3: Upon passage, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
