An Amendment to Amend “An Act to Finalize General Employment Rights”

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: “An Act to Finalize General Employment Rights” is defined as

SECTION 2: Section 3E of “An Act to Finalize General Employment Rights” currently states:

“(e) Right to Challenge: All employees shall reserve the right to challenge any decision of any employer in civil litigation whereas said decision pertains to employment status, reputation, or standing in a given community.”

SECTION 3: Section 3E shall be voided and now state:

"(e) Right to Challenge: All employees shall reserve the right to challenge any decision of any employer in civil litigation whereas said decision pertains to employment status, reputation, or standing in a given community. Employees will not be able to challenge said decision if proof is provided by the employer of a complete violation of department policy or state legislature. Should a user wish to execute this right, they must desire to be re-instated in said department that has terminated them.

SECTION 4: The State of Firestone Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branch shall enforce this legislation.

SECTION 5: This Legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage of both Chambers of Congress and signature from the Firestone Governor.

SECTION 6: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
