Preamble: Whereas the states voting system is very limited on what systems can be used and whereas following the systems currently outlined by the law could invade voting privacy,

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: A Bill to Remodel Elections shall be amended.

A) A Bill to Remodel Elections shall be defined as Bill to Remodel Elections

B) Section 1A of “A Bill to Remodel Elections” shall be declared null and void.

C) Section 1B of “A Bill to Remodel Elections” shall be declared null and void.

D) Section 1C of “A Bill to Remodel Elections” shall be declared null and void.

SECTION 2: A Bill to Simplify Elections shall be amended.

A) A Bill to Simplify Elections shall be defined as A Bill to Simplify Elections

B) Section 1A of A Bill to Simplify Elections shall now state;

The First Past the Post (FPTP) voting system will also be used in any and all elections for Speaker of the House. Also, if deemed the position will be open via election by the Lieutenant Governor or Speaker of The House respectfully, the positions of Speaker Pro Tempore and President Pro Tempore will use The First Past the Post (FPTP) voting system.

SECTION 3: A Referendum to Remodel Elections shall be declared null and void.

A) A Referendum to Remodel Elections shall be defined as; A Referendum to Remodel Elections

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.
