New bus routes to replace the weird and useless current ones
The current ones are loops that don’t make much sense
also add the V3 bus stop signs to make things clearer
These shouldn’t be too hard to implement, it’s just a matter of going around and placing the signs

Remove all the useless red lights (especially in Prominence, it’s such a nuisance for legal people to drive there because of it) or make them change based on cars waiting at red lights.

i know i may aswell be wasting breath, but something similar to real cities should be put into place here.
Every bus stop should show what routes stop at them, and when a DOT employee starts a route, a little display should show an estimated time of arrival
while this technologically is challenging, the benefits would help give DOT busses a reason to exist. It would help people identify if a bus is coming to that stop, and it would allow them to sit and wait in confidence while waitint

even better, like what if we just put all the v2 cars in the v3 map (until the v3 cars are ready)?
since all the tools in v2 exist, what if we just put them into v3? We could use the v3 tools that work in lieu of the v2 ones.
