Loadout command

this was suggested a little over 2 years ago but never saw light
i have seen a good implementation of a loadout command

for example the command would be:

!loadout (loadout name here) (tool name here),(tool name here)

for example:

!loadout SCSO g23,taser,clipboard,handcuffs,m870

this is good idea. this is CRUCIAL idea. please do this. make them auto save or make a gui for it or a command or something. ok thx.
