Hello everyone,
Some remember me, some have no idea who I am. But I wanted to reflect and give my honest thoughts of what has been going on as of recent with all of this different drama and everything seeming to collapse all at once.
As some of you know, I dipped about 5 months ago, leaving everything behind because of my own personal drive to just get away from communities for a bit and take a break. I started to come back early December and when I did everything seemed fine. I think we can all agree the breaking point for disaster struck on one single day, the announcement of the gubernatorial elections. The community instantly split in two. Now everyone knows the community āsplittingā to take the side of a governor candidate is normal for the elections, but thisā¦ was different. It was like a real split one side did not want the other to win by any means necessary.
The tide nonetheless was pretty steady, nothing really came out of the split in the community other than the usual political argument regarding the candidates. The community was more focused on the recent scandal regarding the deployment to Aigio, which regardless of anyones personal beliefs had pretty shady origins. (just based off some evidence ive seen)
But then, debate day. A day that quite honestly was the crack that broke the dam and let the bullshit run free. Everyone went after Sym for being ātoxicā in the debate. Which quite honestly is bullshit if you ask me, because people want that drama and they ask for it, during my debate we only had one little brawl and everyone shit on us because it was āboringā. But everyone going after Sym led to this being released. Now I didnāt read too much into it, but it was an obvious attempt to bring up old situations to discriminate Syms character, ironically from someone who is known for that type of shit.
Then just constant scandals broke out like it was Christmas morning and the hot new toy everyone wants was corruption. Though, my only comment regarding them, especially recently with the Senate trying to oust Wierdo, if youāre gonna be corrupt try to actually hide it., amateurs. And people, donāt let people who obviously pushed for it and are now backing off and switching sides because of the unhappiness surrounding their actions get away scot free.
But then, the thing that made me make this post was this forum. Which in turn, is a really fucked up thing and I really didnāt want to finish reading it. First off, why is FBI handling something that should and eventually was handled by group leadership? You may say, well this was bribery and is illegal in the group, so someone must be punished! I donāt disagree with you, but this went outside of the group, and involved peoples personal information with venmo, paypal whatever it may be. As well as, it should not go to an extent that people are harassed by lego cops for information that they really do not need, and used manipulation tactics that can be seen as pretty fucked up and toxic. I donāt really understand this new initiative that FBI is trying to make everything seem better when itās not. (Not speaking in regard to ALL FBI employees, just to the obvious ones.)
To finish up:
Firestone used to be a safe place to get out, we had the occasional drama with scandals, arrests, and have had to deal with very few toxic people. But this, this is just too far. Everyone is after eachother, which has always been a thing in this group but now itās starting to severely effect mental health and make people actually feel like shit. Itās pathetic some of the shit Iāve seen honestly. Plus, in the end of elections, regardless of who you voted for the goal is to bring everyone together, to make the community whole again. And trust me when I say this, it really seems like the candidates, some more than others, are just making this divide worse.
Weāre better than this people, come on. Donāt let the community split anymore than it already is.
I likely will not respond to any comments that are attempts to cause drama or drag me into this drama, because if you do because of this forum, then it really shows the type of person you are.
