Here I will explain what happened and what I think is absolutely bogus about this whole Skye incident.
If you don’t know, Attorney General Skye_Jones was arrested by GetEnveloped for interfering with an LEO. The video can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKTrtJH2ak8
To start off, you can see that the Attorney General claims that the law states it must contain a badge. That is indeed FALSE. It is if the item is located in the group store. So from the start, the Attorney General’s opinion is wrong. Just an FYI, the pants he was wearing were IO pants. (edited: apparently that is wrong, though i have yet to receive the new legislation)
GetEnveloped clearly states “Please stop interfering” , though, the Attorney General continues to pressure him and continues interfering. GetEnveloped then puts the Impersonation suspect in the car, and arrests the Attorney General.
GetEnveloped is 100% in the right here. I believe no action needs to be taken on him.
Skye_Jones should be stripped of her position, and removed from the Governor race. This is unacceptable behavior from someone who holds so much power, and wants to become Lt Governor.
Another thing I’d like to mention is it is unacceptable that she was given such a quick expungement session. Whoever gave her such a quick date needs to go. Absolutely unfair to those who’ve been waiting for a LONG time to expunge their record. Favoritism in the DOJ is unacceptable and is 100% wrong. She should have to wait like everybody else. If this was not the Attorney General, they would have been found guilty almost immediately. Totally disappointed. And I am not the only one.
Skye shouldn’t be getting cocky about her legal knowledge and shoving it in the face of officers trying to do their jobs. Put her in jail so she can learn her place!
I think jef should not be the Bailiff. He easily can (and did) administer an INVALID OATH, which was the grounds that SKYE HERSELF used to completely inivalidate a court case in the past(on grounds that the oath was not administered properly, and so it wasnt a recognized oath of truth). He’s running with her, for fuck’s sake.
There’s literally bailiffs ready to go and waiting to be given a job, being fucking gate guards instead of on the floor where they belong.
I do believe that the expungement was granted early due to the Gov. race coming up but within an hour of it being submitted is completely unacceptable. I also do believe that GetEnveloped is in the clear and the AG isn’t. That’s my two cents.
I would like to see evidence to support the claim that the F.S. Department of Justice is bringing in external feelings/experiences about the petitioner into this matter.
Also have you seen the series of episodes in “The Society” (a show produced by Netflix) where a group of teenage kids who are living on their own (the adults are no where to be seen) try and execute another kid for murder?
Also all of these kids have a combined level of experience in the legal field that amounts to: being rejected from a mock trial team and Student Government.
These kids royally screw up and get PTSD because of it and then realize that they didn’t know what they were doing and that they (under U.S. Federal Law) denied the defendant due process to challenge his conviction (among a whole host of issues).
That’s debatable. There is parts I understand and other stuff which I don’t. But that’s not what I am trying to prove here. I do not mention anything about the legal system here, besides the expungement thing. And EVEN THEN I do not get technical about anything in it besides what I see in the video and what I believe in terms of the expungement process.
If you understand it so well, why the hell is Jefrafra still a Bailiff? He has personal ties with the Defendant. You don’t know if he fucked up the oath or not.
This should be declared a mistrial, a new Bailiff should be assigned, and everything should be restarted.
