STATE OF FIRESTONE

April 7th, 2025

SECTION I: SEVERABILITY; EFFECTIVENESS

  1. This resolution shall be deemed effective once all conditions outlined by the constitution necessary for its passage are fulfilled properly.

SECTION II: DEFINITION(S)

     a. “Senate Standing Rules” shall be defined as: A Senate Resolution to Re-Establish Standing Rules

SECTION III: TIMELINE

  1. Section I, Subsection 4 of the Senate Standing Rules shall be repealed and the changes it made reverted.
  2. Section IV, Subsection 2 of the Senate Standing rules shall be repealed and the changes it made reverted.

SECTION IV: ENFORCEMENT

  1. This resolution shall be enforced by the President of the Senate and President pro tempore.
