BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,
SECTION 1
FinleyFraser12345 shall be defined here.
SECTION 1A
Pursuant to Article 5 of the District Charter of the District of Prominence, FinleyFraser12345 shall be expelled as Prominence District Attorney.

SECTION 4
According to the District Charter, proposed Ordinances must first be sent to the Prominence District Attorney for legal review before being forwarded to the District Council for consideration. The Prominence District Attorney is then responsible for ensuring that the proposed legislation is sufficient and that it wouldn’t pose any problems, have interpretation issues, open the District up to liability, or do any other bad things if/when enacted. This system has been in place for quite a while, and it is used similarly in the City of Arborfield and the City of Redwood with their City Attorneys. However, Prominence District Attorney FinleyFraser12345 has extraordinarily failed twice to complete a legal review in the seven-day timeframe that he is given. Exhibit A contains a screenshot, showing the Prominence District Attorney failing to do a legal review of “An Other Amendment to “An Ordinance to Better the Oath of Office””, an Ordinance which passed the District Council and went into law. Exhibits B and C show the District Attorney failing to do a legal review of “A Resolution to Establish New Floor Rules” before it was forwarded to the District Council for consideration. Exhibit D comprises numerous screenshots that show that he has maintained activity in other Discord servers and in the District of Prominence Discord server while not acting in his capacities as Prominence District Attorney, and that he has chosen to neglect his duties as Prominence District Attorney in favor of other ventures in the State.
SECTION 5
This District Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the District Charter.
Submitted to the District Council of the District of Prominence.
