THE CAPITOL BUNKER ACT
PREAMBLE: To allow the citizens of the State of Firestone to be able to have full access to the front side of the state capitol without the need of clearance from DHS, unless when the state capitol is under lockdown.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Chapter 3, Section 8, subsection b6 shall be amended in the Firestone Criminal Code and state, “(b6) Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security."
SECTION 2: Chapter 3, Section 8, subsection b6a of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created.
SECTION 1.2: Chapter 3, Section 8, subsection b6a of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b6a) Entering into the areas marked in yellow in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security when the capitol is under lockdown, or an event is currently taking place.”
SECTION 3: This shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional process.
