you’re probably one of my favourite crims, being laid back and a fun dude to chase around. you always did something new, and i’d like to thank you for the entertainment you brought me and other LEOs throughout the years. we also had some pretty good conversations, not only about fs but even life sometimes.
this photo was taken on september 3rd, 2018. i have a video of my very first encounter with you, and this is a still of that (the video went towards your first arrest warrant btw). really goes to show how much has changed.
