State of Ridgeway Sanction Act of 2023

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. Title
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, the “State of Ridgeway Sanction Act of 2023”
§2. Enactment
(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.
§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§4. Enforcement
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5. Definitions
(a) The State of Ridgeway shall be defined as: USA | State of Ridgeway - Roblox.
(b) The Ridgeway National Guard shall be defined as: USA | Ridgeway National Guard - Roblox.
(c) The State Sanctions act shall be defined as The State Sanctions Act.
§6. Sanctions
(a) WHEREAS, diplomatic sanctions persuant to The State Sanctions Act shall be imposed on the State of Ridgeway. The State of Firestone shall cease any diplomatic talks with the State of Ridgeway, with the exception of possible peace talks or negotiations.
(b) WHEREAS, total economic sanctions persuant to The State Sanctions Act shall be imposed on the State of Ridgeway. Any and all Firestone businesses are ordered to cease operations with the State of Ridgeway.
(c) WHEREAS, should any members of the Ridgeway National Guard or any other Ridgeway entity land on Firestone soil, businesses are not permitted to participate in trade (selling goods, arms, food, etc) with such members. The Secretary of Commerce may enact any and all measures to prevent economic gains for the State of Ridgeway while these sanctions are active.
(d) WHEREAS, employment sanctions persuant to The State Sanctions Act shall be issued. No Firestone citizen may hold a position within the Ridgeway National Guard, the Ridgeway State Senate (defined as: USA | Ridgeway State Senate - Roblox), or are a member of the Ridgeway State Cabinet or Judiciary (as defined in the group ranks under the State of Ridgeway group). These individuals will have 48 hours to vacate such positions, or else they are commiting a crime, as stated in Chapter 6 §20 of the Firestone Criminal Code (Violating a Sanction).
§7. Nullification
(a) These sanctions shall be repealed upon a simple majority vote by both seats of Congress.
