What are you talking about jurisdictions? What you just said right now really made my brain not work. No one cares, who was a better “undercover” division. Having an undercover division is helpful. FSP and SCSO they have there jurisdictions. Were not crying over that.

Having an undercover division in every department is about as useless as diet water. It serves no purpose. All these divisions will cause is an endless loop for superiority as they all will serve the same purpose. Tell me, how will you differentiate an undercover radar division in one department from an undercover radar division in another department? The only department which needs a dedicated undercover/detective division is IO soon to be FBI. The closest a regular LEO department will need to an undercover division is having an unmarked vehicle to conduct traffic patrols in. Nothing more nothing less.

Mate, FBI isn’t no police force. FBI is an investigation force not a patrol force. Of course, FBI has a police force but they are like DHS. They don’t do traffic stops like SCSO or FSP. And this is an OPINION. kthx
