Also, if we keep NLR staying out its whatever. I feel like officers should not be able to just rush to CD to get you, and try and arrest you. It should be like catch me outside fair game kinda deal, with a chase, and having fun.

NLR not being a thing is because before when we did have NLR, crims would do suicide by cop on purpose to avoid charges. Some of the major crims would have 0 criminal history and yet do so much by doing that.

More developer events. As some stated, a massive storm or flood. As someone stated, a city floods for a week? Another disease outbreak, another construction RP. I remember when the Tan Tower bridge was built before Skyway. That was fun!
