PREAMBLE: To expel a member of the Senate for failing to execute the duties of their office.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE SENATE HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION I: Senator e6thn has failed to properly execute the duties and responsibilities of the office they hold and thus shall be expelled for failing to execute said duties.
SECTION II: Senator e6thn shall be expelled from the Senate for violating the Congressional Oath of Office as set by Article One, Section 7, Subsection 2 due to his failure to faithfully execute the duties of his office through failing to attend a congressional session while obligated under law through lawful motion and still remaining online as well as utilizing their office for financial gain only as said said by the Senator themself.
SECTION IIA: Senator e6thn shall be recognized as: e6thn - Roblox
Section IIB: Senator e6thn failure to attend a session while required shall be recognized in the following card: Trello

SECTION III: Should any section, phrase, word, or letter of this act be declared unconstitutional, the rest shall remain in effect.
SECTION IV: This shall go into effect immediately upon passing the required constitutional process.
