Ridgeway Militia Sanction Act

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. Title
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, the “Ridgeway Militia Sanction Act”.
§2. Enactment
(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.
§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§4. Enforcement
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5. Definitions
(a) “The State Sanctions Act” shall be defined as The State Sanctions Act.
(b) A “member” shall be defined as an individual part of the “Ridgeway Militia”, as listed in §7.
§6. Sanctions
(a) WHEREAS, members of a rogue militia organization called the “Ridegway Militia” have endangered the people of the State of Firestone.
(b) WHEREAS, employment sanctions shall be imposed to the members, as defined in The State Sanctions Act.
(c) WHEREAS, if any of these members are currently employed in any state, county, or municipal entities, organizations, or positions, they shall be forced to vacate such position within 24 hours.
(d) WHEREAS, economic sanctions shall be imposed as defined in The State Sanctions Act. The “Ridgeway Militia” may not trade with any domestic business within the State of Firestone. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing goods, firearms, food, or any other supplies from Firestone dealers.
(e) WHERREAS, the Secretary of Commerce may enact any and all measures to prevent economic gains for the “Ridgeway Militia”.
(f) WHEREAS, If there are any violations of sanctions perscribed by this act, they are commiting a crime, as stated in Chapter 6 §20 of the Firestone Criminal Code (Violating a Sanction).
§7. Sanctioned Individuals
(a) All the members below (1-29) are currently serving within or supporting the “Ridgeway Militia”, according to state intelligence. Their ROBLOX ID is posted to the right of their username.

(b) Additionally, any other individual who claims themselves to be part of the “Ridgeway Militia” shall be considered a member.
§8. Nullification
(a) This act shall be declared null and void upon the passage of four (4) weeks from the date of signing by the Governor. This may be extended via an amendment to this act.
(b) This act can be declared null and void sooner than four (4) weeks by order of the Governor of the State of Firestone.
