so it seems to be that the secretary is failing to communicate with his employees and staff, and failing to ensure they are trained and know what to do

Evil let the Legal rep. team be so disorganized in the begining, and When I asked if I could apply for Director, he said to send an application so I asked where it was and stuff and how to do it, never replied back about it.

Not all impeachments have to be because of crimes. I was told by someone who is in Department Command that I could be able to start an impeachment.
