PREAMBLE: To codify residential property protection by illegalizing the act of entering housing structures with intent to cause financial mischief.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION I: The Public Housing Defense Assurance Act (PHDA) shall hereby be established.
SECTION II: Chapter 3, Section 12 shall be amended into the Firestone Criminal Code.
SECTION III: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as the following: Trello
SECTION IV: Chapter 3, Section 12 shall be named: “§12 - Burglary”
SECTION V: Chapter 3, Section 12 shall state the following:
“(a) The act of burglary shall be recognized as a criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(b) Burglary shall be the act of intentionally entering any residential structure with intent to steal from such place.”
SECTION VI: Chapter 3, Section 12 shall be classed as a Class C Felony and shall result in an arrest time of 650 seconds.
SECTION VII: Should any section, phrase, word, or letter of this act be declared unconstitutional, the rest shall remain in effect.
SECTION VIII: This shall go into effect immediately upon passing the required constitutional process.
