This is simple. DOBW firstly in the law which established them gave them no real purpose even though they are basically the enforcers of law and the DMV of the Water. Simply they where just never given a chance as well. Lets just reestablish it forV3 as well!

Yea they don’t enforce the law… They basically make stuff for all boaters to follow. They ensure that the waterways are functioning properly Everything is legal and stuff* and some other stuff

That is true… We were in the middle of trying to make the department active… We just finished one of our training facilities and started to host Staff classes, and then the vote started and closed us…
