This is not removing any part of your right to representation. You have fair representation as anyone else does.
The head of the county has been well aware of these issues and nothing has been changed.

So you’re saying my town council isn’t need irl? We got the state legislature which each senator/representative has ton of people in the congressional district to represent?
State government is responsible for making state-wide stuff. Your state doesn’t make laws select to one municipality.

That’s a much different situation because the US federal government is in charge of hundreds of millions of people, yet we’re in charge of maybe 1000.

It does, because you’re insinuating that without a county government, you won’t get fair representation, and you used the US government as an analogy, yet there is a big difference in the Firestone government and the US government.

I dont understand what you mean. Are you saying the city governments are more stable than us? I thought you stated that Redwood removed their city council… We don’t see the county government doing that. That would be considered quite unstable.

Actually I didn’t refer to the US government. Only states still.
I don’t believe I can achieve the same type of representation with solely the state providing my needs. Issues revolving the county should be changed by the county. State should only change state wide things. Two types of representation that shouldn’t be combined.

Oh, how is the county government, and it’s consequent municipalities not functioning well? We seem pretty active, with exception to a few of our municipal counterparts, however, we have taken notice of that, as addressed in the county address, and are taking action to resolve such inactivity.

The county is the one who needs resources from the State. Why should the state even bother wasting its resources on a government who constantly demands for power instead of fixing its horrid legislative system? Communication should be something that the county should prioritize instead of responding to opposition.

I disagree strongly. If you’ve yet to DM a congressman/woman, you’d see that we give the same representation to you as we do anyone else.
