Technically, no law mandates the Governor (or any official) be protected. Legally speaking, the SS could be like “nah, see ya.” Though of course, the Governor has control over executive departments. From my personal experience with SS, they are not happy when you just walk up into RW when ten people are shooting it up. It’s generally not good to piss of the hand that feeds you.

Can we get a legislation that gives SS the power to force the govenor into a protetive location to save his life?

Forcing the governor to listen to Secret Service is a terrible idea. It should be where Secret Service are forced to protect the Governor in any given situation, but may advise him or her something in relation to the given situation.

Forcing the Governor to listen to SS will only cause hinderance.
