IN THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

Mr. Cooldudesub (for himself) introduced the following bill:
A BILL
To close the felony murder rule loophole.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Murder Repairment Act of 2022”.
SEC. 2. ENACTMENT.
This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SEC. 3. SEVERABILITY.
Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SEC. 4. ENFORCEMENT.
This Act shall be implemented by the Criminal Code Revision Act Manager and enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers and Courts of the State of Firestone.
SEC. 5. DEFINITIONS.
For the purposes of this Act, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as: https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ
SEC. 6. AMENDMENTS.
(a) Chapter 2, Section 2, Subsection b of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be added.
(i) Chapter 2, Section 2, Subsection b of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state,
“Second Degree Murder shall not be issued in conjunction with First Degree Murder regarding the same death of an individual.”
(a) Chapter 2, Section 1, Subsection b of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be added.
(i) Chapter 2, Section 1, Subsection b of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state,
“First Degree Murder shall not be issued in conjunction with First Degree Murder regarding the same death of an individual.”
