Like Phillip said, @TobooRacc can’t reinstate this employee as they committed a crime while on duty. The department of commerce doesn’t care if you commit crimes, have a trillion of felony charges, then works peacefully at a business. When you break the law while on duty is when commerce gets involved. To reinstate him would mean the businesses license would be revoked.
