I don’t think it was intentional on Josh’s part. He simply forgot to check if the people who claimed to have the required amount of supports actually had that amount of supports at the time they posted their speech under the guidelines post. The only reason it went to court was because there was no other viable way to legally solve the issue.

Skele this is literally one of the most important parts of being an election sponsor, literal election integrity… how can someone who claims to have held some of the highest positions in the state just do something like that?

The individual, in the end, had enough supports on their forum. Ive handled many elections and trust me I understand them.

Someone posts their speech to the forum
Josh checks speech at close - it has enough supports
person ends up being put in office
After a few months county decides to check
Person who posted the speech had enough supports but was short like 2 when they sent the link to their speech to the election post
