Section 1 basically says its illegal in general.
Section 1b: defines what impersonation is.

pls realize that and stop saying that its legal for ppl to impersonate me.

banga you weren’t the only one impersonating me, but yeah in general just got annoying that people went to do crime and dressed up as me, and when I go ask them to identify themselves they ain’t. So I am the one that gets the blame on at the end.

Just wanted the cops to realize that its illegal to impersonate in general and its not only government officials lol
