The only reason you think mods need reform is because you’re held accountable to your actions, and apparently that’s not something we’re allowed to do. You were banned for posting pornography in the discord, and because you feel though as if you’re above the rules, instead of appealing, you go straight to fed and get yourself unbanned overnight - I wonder how that conversation sounded like. Into your probation period, where after 18 hours of being in the discord you fail to set your name. You want to appeal this, sure. It probably would have been accepted if you didn’t flat out lie to me and say you were only in the Discord for “5 minutes”.
The simple truth here is that you don’t like being held accountable to your actions, and that we’re the bad guys when we do just that.
I have yet to see anyone who’s not banned make a complaint on this form, and for those who do complain about moderator quality, color me surprised to find that you’re all indefinitely banned from the discord.
If anyone would like to see what warranted a ban (which textually described would be a depiction of a woman, genitals exposed, having sexual intercourse with another man, genitals exposed), feel more than glad to see me. I will continue to defend my moderations as I feel necessary.

actually, as a former moderator, the best part was helping people verify, I loved helping people verifying it made me feel useful and I got to meet so many new people.

the automatic assumption by those opposed is based on experiences that have occurred with the author which they think can be a quick shutdown to their movement. sure i am not happy about the warnings received, but i am outraged about how tight-knit the rules are, how many innocent people are falsely banned, kicked or warned. the mistreatment of the moderators to the general public, there is little to no community interaction with people, you hunt for moderation action and that’s that. the longer someone is in a position the more susceptible to corruption they are.

yea i can agree i have friends that are crims that get harshly treated. train your mods not to bring personal bias into anything. and mods are not exempt from the rules they have to follow it too!!!

I think they should a make a poll for people in FS disc too who should be added as a mod and not add people without telling the community (also bring back philip as a mod he is a good mod)

Rules aren’t meant to be broken.
You’re either innocent or you’re not. There’s no go-between, there’s no “he did it too!”, there’s no “it wasn’t that serious”.
If you have any evidence of anyone being deliberately falsely moderated by me or anyone else, go on and send it. I’ll wait.
