That’s one thing I will agree on, Congress members don’t know priority’s. They make bills we don’t even ask for.
Yes, I believe we should establish the building blocks of the Department that way it is ready for V3.
V3 development is hella slow, no matter what you or anyone else says, we were told it would be probably released fall/end of 2019, yet here we are, probably not even halfway done. This is way too early to establish this department, the command will get everything done in a month then sit there and be inactive waiting months for V3 to come out.
