EMERGENCY DOC WATERS AMENDMENT

         Be it enacted by the State of Firestone Congress here assembled,

§ 1. TITLE

    (a) This Act shall be known as, and is to be cited as, the “Emergency DOC Waters Amendment Act”.


§ 2. ENACTMENT

    (a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.


§ 3. SEVERABILITY

    (a) Should any part of this Act be stuck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.


§ 4. ENFORCEMENT

    (a) This Act shall be implemented by the Criminal Code Revision Act Manager and enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers of the State of Firestone.


§ 5. DEFINITIONS

    (a) For the purposes of this Act, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as: https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ


§ 6. AMENDMENTS

    (a) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b3 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.

         (i) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b3 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “Entering into the areas marked in red in this, or entering into any body of water in the areas marked in yellow in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Corrections.”

         (ii) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b3 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “Entering into the areas marked in red in this or entering into any body of water in the areas marked in yellow in this screenshot, without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Corrections.”
