This bill legitimately allows DPS to not only violate habeas corpus, but just flat out murder people. Personally, I have some major issues with this, but let’s be a bit democratic shall we? Anyone else find issues with this bill?

What stops them from defining any citizen owning a legal firearm as a militant? Also, you can’t just auto murder someone if you see them because they’re in a gang.
This literally places us in Nazi Germany. This bill allows LEOs to place suspects on their ‘killist’ for running a red light because:
Run a red light -> might hit someone
Might hit someone -> dangerous
Dangerous -> Danger to the public
=> Running a red light will get you on the killlist
