I regret to inform you that, unlike DPS, what regulations your department puts in place are not binding, legally or departmentally. FNG nor DOC have any law (to my knowledge) mandating their maritime divisions obey you, nor does any law allow your regulations to be considered law. They can legitimately ignore everything you say and as long as their department backs them up, you can do nothing. Note: this is not my opinion I don’t care either way in this debate, but this is the legal truth.

There not incharge of coast guard, they are not incharge of marine division (as far as I’m aware) so what do they ACTUALLY do

It’s that one child that everyone considers a mistake.

It should be operating just like DoA, but it’s fucking shit right now, due to the leadership.

It’s a very functional department, just the main leadership hasn’t established anything.

Ooooo, fancy. Let me read this more. Although, it doesn’t actually define maritime divisions. And considering there’s only two, that’s a pretty lazy flaw. So I’m afraid it can’t be enforced in court.

You can’t do that. Assuming the law allowing you to make regulations didn’t have a crucial loophole, you cannot sue them for violating your regulations. You can take departmental action against them, but not legal.
