This is just an opinion poll. If the legislature decides, we will replicate this poll for a legally-binding referendum on the same topic. The questions are what they are to simulate as accurate as possible an actual referendum.
My question is why not get rid of Doh or DOA. I think you hate someone in the department and you want them to suffer.

They do regulations for LEO and such and we do regulations for MD and CG

The Department of Boating and Waterways is trying hard to FIND a purpose. Hence, they have tried to do water testing then now claiming they want to regulate waterways. If anything, that would be the legislation doing so and then the Coast Guard and Marine Division shall enforce that.
DBW is useless. Abolish it and move onto real department(s). The more you beat it, the smaller it gets. You’ll learn that later on in life.
