I remember there was a debate about Fed and DOA, I personally think first you should contact state Legislature and get acts & bills that allow you to manage all aviation services (FSPASU)

What I mean is, while FDoA still doesn’t do a lot, Senators or The house should make a bill or act that allows FDoA to: give aviation all certifications, suspend aviation certs, and remove them.

I think FDoA gives ASU pilots aviation certification and etc.

fdoa already controls certs, and DOA also has helicopters its not just FSP:ASU that flies
