BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE: The following shall be proposed to give more power to the FDOA in their regulations.
Section 1: The Firestone Department of Aviation (FDOA) shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Aviation - Roblox
Section 2: Any and all regulations put forth by the FDOA in terms of regulating the usage of our state airspace and aircraft operation within it shall henceforth be recognized as legally binding and shall not be violated.
Section 3: Chapter 4, Section 11 shall be amended into the Firestone Criminal Code.
Section 3a: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as the following: Trello
Section 4: Chapter 4, Section 12 shall be named: “§12 - Aviation Violation”
Section 5: Chapter 4, Section 12 shall state the following:
(a) The act of aviation violation shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(b) The act of aviation violation shall be the act of intentionally violating the state airspace and aircraft regulations put forth by the Firestone Department of Aviation.
Section 5a: Chapter 4, Section 10 shall be classed as a Class C felony and shall result in an arrest time of 600 and a citation amount of 500 dollars.
Section 6: The following legislation shall be declared nullified: A Bill to Prevent Unlicensed Flying
Section 7: This shall be enforced by any law enforcement and the Firestone Department of Aviation.
Section 8: This shall go into effect immediately upon completing the required constitutional progress.
