Defining National Guard Employment Act

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The Firestone National Guard shall be considered volunteer-based employment, and as such, shall not be considered a real job within the State. Due to the Firestone National Guard being volunteer-based, it shall not mandate the POST program for enlistees.

SECTION 2: Citizens may have an actual job within the State of Firestone while being an enlistee within the Firestone National Guard.

SECTION 2A: “An actual job” shall be defined as: Any other sort of employment within the State of Firestone that is not the National Guard thereof.

SECTION 3: The office of the Governor shall oversee and enforce this legislation.

SECTION 4: Upon passing both chambers of Congress and being signed into law by the Governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

SECTION 5A: Any legislation that states National Guard as an official department of employment shall be hereby declared null and void.
