Criminal Alt Discussion

Agree, the problem sometimes when you try to RP is that they don’t RP, you have 20 idiots ramming you or attacking you. But when there is actual RP like the one you mentioned is super fun. Maybe if they created a team that basically went in V2 to create RP sceneratios would be great.

As this topic has deviated to rants about trigger happy CFLs, I’ll get it back on course with a poll:

Should “legals” be allowed a criminal alt in Firestone?

  • Yes, except those in agencies that handle classification
  • Yes, including those in agencies that handle classification
  • No, keep it how it is

Makes sense.

Because with 16 votes so far, 69%(nice) of people seem to only want it for agencies that don’t handle classification. This is somewhat unnecessary, as it really won’t give any advantages or disadvantages to either side. I once again believe that the law should just be removed, as that’s the only thing to my knowledge preventing this from happening. At the end of the day, this is a game, so why not let people do as they please?

i think someone in congress is going to repeal it or rewrite it due to its poor quality

I believe every LEO should be allowed to have a registered criminal ALT as long as they do not commit any crimes such as terror, organized crime, or other major crimes

so like… you can’t do… any of the fun ones?

organised crime makes sense - especially in depts that deal with Classified InforMation - but terror is literally just killing a GO

well i mean terror sure but organized crime is a nono

I still personally believe anyone should be able to use an alt to commit crime in v2, regardless of what agency/department they’re in

I don’t think it’ll benefit them in any way tbh, what could they do with such information that they have

I agree, the only thing that could be deemed sensitive is joining a voice chat regarding capturing a criminal, while acting criminal. Voice chats would be the only thing that could be abused since it’s real time talk.

I agree, I do not see information being at any higher risk of leakage than it already is just because someone is committing crimes on another account.

potentially tactics?? but the main advantage is more the equipment (such as an automatic rifle that kills in 4 shots) more than tactics

question…

is allowing criminal alts up to congress or fedoramasterb98

moderation wise it is allowed, departments can terminate ppl for it since they “committed a crime” attaching it to the main acc (causing a blacklist/post revoke, etc etc)

even still doesn’t fed get a say?
