How would it make sense to make sense to make Capital Gas a department and what would they do as a department? I have no clue why you brought that up when SCWS is about bringing awareness to weather.

We absolutely need this! It will be a beneficial department to the county, and hopefully SCWS can become what the founders needed, a big weather department. I know in the county we donāt get seen much at all, but earlier today there was a tornado, and weāll help you when you need it the most without you even knowing.

Alrighty Iām going to give my input on this. And that is, a solid no.
Hereās why: Itās inactive as a business itself and it just means another possibly useless department since there isnāt much for scws to do other than monitor weather which 90% of the time in v2 is just rain. Not only that but not everyone are weather enthusiasts which will mean the service itself will likely not get a lot of people into this said department.
If anything, it should remain a business. I can not see this as a department mainly because it doesnāt really do anything to v2 at all that would benefit as a department in itself.

I agree. Complete shame with how inactive they are considering the developer support they received. The county should want nothing to do with them. And if it were to be a thing, it should be dissolved into the state. A county weather serviceā¦ Really?

What other development support do you expect? You have an entire feed for predicting weather. There is nothing more that a vehicle can do that would make sense for a weather service. What do you want your tools to do? Get rid of tornados? You make zero points here.
Canāt have activity until you make it a department, then it will get active and have actual leadership.
Stupid way to put it. Find better leadership, lodge complaints with commerce if you think your command is inactive or falling short of requirements and are no longer benefiting SCWS.
Being a business or a department, activity will remain the same.

If it were to be a department, who is the overseer of it? The County Executive? Department of Public Safety? Department of Justice? It doesnāt fit into any of these categories
Overall, establishing Stapleton County Weather Service as a legitimate department provides absolutely zero benefit and would not change a single thing. And for the people defending SCWS saying that they are active; youāre wrong.
