Well, the problem is with the general management inactivity, the last 2-4 weeks have been bad for the business, our weather feed stopped working thus making us unaware of what’s happening in the county, I’ve notified Fed but haven’t received a response, I’ve also reached out to blaadam but he had told me that it was not his responsibility and I should take it to Fed. Not only that, but the management decided to change the shift logging system which meant a few employees became unaware of what their quota was, but that’s not the worst, the others on the Board of Directors went inactive and that’s when I decided to step in to save this business that already had a bad reputation for its inactivity. I feel like if we get a change in the Director position, we’d have a chance to become a county department in the future. But if you look at the past few months, we had become active for a few months before it died out.
