§1. Title
(a) This amendment shall be known, and may be cited as, the “CCJ Employment Revision".
§2. Enactment
(a) This amendment shall go into effect upon completing the processes constitutionally required.
§3. Definitions
(a) The Employment Act of 2023 shall be defined as: Employment Act of 2023
§4. Amendment(s)
(a) Chapter 5, Section 13, Subsection a, Subsubsection iv of the Employment Act of 2023 does not currently exist.
(b) Chapter 5, Section 13, Subsection a, Subsubsection iv of the Employment Act of 2023 shall be created to state: “regarding a primary judicial office only, such citizen is a Chief Court Justice, in which rendering their employment in such office as two (2) secondary offices instead of one (1) primary office.”
