Businesses
We will create laws that will help businesses get more customers. We will also make a law to create a better hiring process when it comes to business hiring individuals with a criminal record.
Restart Program
We will create a restart program where individuals with minor criminal records can work in certain departments with limited access to what they can do while working. This will help individuals that have criminal records and want to change there ways by letting them obtain a good job so they can live a better life.

Can you clarify what these laws would entail, and how they’d help businesses increase their customerbase?
Are there currently obstacles about hiring criminals? Doesn’t policy allow businesses to hire anyone?

Policy does allow business owners to hire individuals with a criminal record. But sometimes those individuals betray your trust causing major issues within our businesses. So I want to pass a law that will provide business owners with a safer and easier hiring process when it comes to individuals with a Criminal Record.

A law that will require a thorough background check and training and high supervision to help teach the individual how to do their job and insure that they aren’t committing any crimes while working in our businesses

I refuse to support unnecessary government restriction on commercial and business activities. Requiring background checks, training, and supervision is an unnecessary burden for businesses when they can make that decision independently.
What we currently have is beyond fine, where businesses set their own recruitment policies.

I do not support I do not think the “Restart Program” Will go well. There would be noobs that have a couple arrests then they could join a department and what any noob would do they would go on team and go rogue. This would make the rogue percentage way higher. And if they don’t go rogue it would be annoying in dept trainings when there would be a noob who would not pass the trainings and just not pay attention and yeah yk what i mean.
