Well I do have to say, you did approach a military check point while having DHS pursue you with lights on so I think the guard “could’ve” felt that you were a threat

Actually no, While going to the checkpoint, IO was hiding next to the small little buildings in green dale. When he saw me go to the checkpoint, and guards drawing weapons, he assumed it was an emergency. He was not pursuing me. https://i.gyazo.com/a57c9b523719ee860587e9dcc7f5cc9f.mp4

Scary thing is, since the law states, ‘on duty law enforcement is exempt from this’, means, technically, an law enforcement employee could point their gun in your face, and it is perfectly legal. Law enforcement can open carry, point at anyone, etc, they are totally exempt.

There needs to be serious regulations to combat this.

Officers could literally point a gun at my head during a traffic stop and that would be perfectly legal. They can do anything besides shoot at someone. But I will say that I don’t enjoy the fact they didn’t ease their weapons by clicking F and had it pointed at you. When anyone drives up, they’re out for precaution.

Mine clarifying? What crime did I commit? anyone can go to the FNG checkpoint. Just not pass the wall, pass the wall is trespassing, passing the sign but staying behind the wall is loitering, I told her to drink up, she could have told me to backup, and leave.

And yes, I did NOT expect to get drawn on, sure, my approach was aggressive, and I was yelling, but at that time, I was not really a threat. here is more of that clip

But yeah they did have the right to tase me etc, no complaints their, thanks for not being toxic though, rare now days.
