BANISHMENT OF MUNICIPALITIES ACT
Be it enacted by the State of Firestone Congress here assembled that…
SECTION 1A: All Municipal Governments shall hereby be declared nullified and collectively abolished.
SECTION 1B: Municipal Governments shall be defined as the District of Prominence, City of Arborfield, and City of Redwood.
SECTION 2A: The County Charter shall be defined as: Stapleton County Charter - Google Docs
SECTION 2B: Article III of the County Charter shall be removed and declared null and void.
SECTION 2C: All municipal ordinances, entities, establishments, offices, positions, and bodies shall be declared null and void following this nullification.
SECTION 3A: This legislation shall be enforced and defended by the State of Firestone incumbent Governor, Legislative Branch, and Judicial Branch.
SECTION 3B: Upon passage within both legislative chambers and met with the official signature of the incumbent Firestone Governor, it will take affect within 2 days consecutive to its original passage.
