An Order to Suspend Business Operations
To respond and ensure the safety of all Citizens during a time of war
§1. Enactment
(a) This Order shall go into effect as a temporary Commerce Regulation immediately.
§2. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Order be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall not be severed with the rest remaining in full force and in effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§3. Enforcement
(a) This Order shall be enforced by all businesses permitted by the State of Firestone.
§4. Definitions
(a) The Declaration of War, the War Act, and any other variation of war in this order shall be defined as Trello .
(b) The State Sanctions act shall be defined as The State Sanctions Act .
(c) V2 shall be defined as Stapleton County, Firestone - Roblox .
§5. Suspension
(a) All businesses within the State of Firestone shall suspend in game operations within “V2” unless exempted by section (6). Businesses may still operate administratively on Discord, Trello, or other off game platforms.
(b) In the event a violation of section (a) occurs, one of the Business Representatives for that business must report the incident to the Department of Commerce via the tipline, https://forms.gle/3b2Zh3kCvB2DHvSx6 . Businesses who fail to report said violation will have their permit revoked, even after this order is nullified.
§6. Exemptions
(a) The following businesses shall be exempted from this order and may operate in “V2” as they serve an essential purpose in preserving the rights guaranteed in the State of Firestone constitution:
(a1) Path’s Guns Trello but must only operate at business locations: Redwood, Arborfield, and Prominence.
(a2) Firestone News Network and may operate across the entire county.
(a3) Firestone Broadcasting Company and may operate across the entire county.
(a4) Trinity Lutheran Church but must only operate at their business location: Greendale Church. The business should operate within the safe zones for that location.
(a5) The Bgod Foundation but must only operate at the: Department of Commerce HQ, and Triumph Stadium. The business should operate within the safe zones if available for that location.
(a6) Businesses in which the Secretary of Commerce approves and publishes notice in #announcements on the Department of Commerce Discord. This order on the Firestone Forums should be updated by a moderator after said announcement in order to keep an accurate account.
(c) All businesses that are exempted should coordinate with local municipal police prior to hosting any shifts or events in game. Business employees should consult with their Business Owner prior to hosting a shift to ensure they are up to date on any special policies or procedures.
§7. Nullification
(a) These sanctions shall be repealed upon “The Declaration of War” being repealed or nullified. These sanctions may also be repealed and replaced at the order of the Secretary of Commerce.
